After a careful selection of the meats, the best pieces are destined for the production of the "Lucanica" range of cured meats. The processing of each individual product is done by hand in our factory according to certified production criteria where every single phase is carried out with care and professionalism by expert technicians to guarantee high quality products and food safety.

The range includes raw ham, the finest of cured meats, capicollo one of the noble cuts with a sweet and delicate taste and the savory and slightly spicy fillet. It also follows the line of coarse and fine sausages such as sausage, suppressata, mountaineer, pressatella and September: true Italian taste, with an intense and persistent taste, embellished with selected natural aromas, just as tradition dictates.
