1. HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH AGROCARNE SUD
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Agrocarne Sud- www.venditasalumionline.it, you will have to fill in the electronic order form and send it to AGROCARNE SUD, by electronic means, following the relative instructions.
The order form contains a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment methods that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
The contract is concluded when AGROCARNE SUD receives, via computer, your order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.
Once the contract is concluded, AGROCARNE SUD will take charge of your purchase order.
AGROCARNE SUD may not process your purchase orders which do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products.
In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that AGROCARNE SUD has not followed up your purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products, presented on Agrocarne Sud, are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, AGROCARNE SUD will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30 ) days from the day following the day on which you have sent your order to AGROCARNE SUD, the unavailability of the ordered products. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, AGROCARNE SUD will refund the amount already paid by you.
By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Purchase Conditions and the additional information contained in Agrocarne Sud- www.agrocarne.it
Once the contract is concluded, AGROCARNE SUD will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (information on the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, of means of payment and delivery costs).
2. EXPOSED PRICES and PRODUCT WEIGHT
All prices shown in the product catalog are inclusive of VAT and are net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotion codes.
Given the nature of the product, the single piece may have a slight variation with respect to the nominal weight.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Agrocarne Sud recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation. The deadline for making use of this right is 14 days within which the customer must notify us

Important. In the letter requesting the right of withdrawal it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or post office account in order to re-credit the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder)
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
1. the customer expresses his wish to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
2. the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts
